Zumba
THE ORIGINAL “FITNESS-PARTY”
As a fitness instructor in his native Cali, Colombia, Beto’s life took an unexpected turn one fateful day in the mid-’90s when he darted off to teach an aerobics class and forgot his traditional aerobics music. He improvised using his own mix of music from tapes he had in his backpack (salsa and merengue music he grew up with). Spontaneously he created a new kind of dance-fitness, one that focused on letting the music move you (instead of counting reps over the music). PUSH X-TREME’s fitness boot camp program has been very successful mainly because we have built a program that has been proven to help motivate, encourage, and inspire people to reach for their goals. For the most part, we do this by creating a positive group environment and a great group camaraderie that people enjoy being a part of. Because of this, we have grown to over 5 locations.
Walking Group
Walking groups are a great way to enjoy the social benefits of walking — and can provide the motivation and support we sometimes need to get going and walk a little more!
Our walking groups are simply people who have decided to meet on a regular basis to walk — in a neighborhood, business park, before work, at lunch, at a park or trail, or wherever.
Each group is different and has its own characteristics You can search to find one that’s right for you or start your own.

Cross Fit
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
